The Account Manager will focus on new customer development, sales lead generation, product quoting, and maintaining customer relationships while participating in training to enhance product knowledge.

Manage and develop new and existing customer accounts, prospect and generate sales leads, quote and negotiate pricing, coordinate orders/payments/deliveries, collaborate with purchasing and marketing, attend trade shows, and complete sales and technical training.

Lead and execute e-commerce growth strategies across company website and marketplaces. Optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and ads; analyze performance and collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to improve conversions and support product launches.

Manage and grow enterprise reseller and wholesale accounts: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, coordinating inventory, payments, deliveries and RMAs, running promotions, attending trade shows, and providing customer support and feedback.
