Manages high-volume accounts payable operations, including invoice and payment processing, vendor reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, internal controls, month-end close support, reporting, audits, and process improvement. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Receiving, and Finance, maintains vendor relationships, and trains AP staff.

The Account Manager will focus on new customer development, sales lead generation, product quoting, and maintaining customer relationships while participating in training to enhance product knowledge.

Manage and develop new and existing customer accounts, prospect and generate sales leads, quote and negotiate pricing, coordinate orders/payments/deliveries, collaborate with purchasing and marketing, attend trade shows, and complete sales and technical training.
