Lead and manage high-school content projects from conception to production, coordinating authors, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Develop and edit instructional material, create schedules and budgets, perform market research, ensure inclusive, high-quality products, and support handoffs to production. Occasional travel to conferences and author meetings.

Design, develop, and deliver AI upskilling programs and materials, coach teams and leaders on applying AI, consult with stakeholders to identify learning needs, run pilots, measure impact, and embed AI into workflows and talent strategy across the organization.

Support two nonfiction editors with manuscript management, production tracking, stakeholder communication, submissions review, research for comparative titles and P&Ls, draft title and jacket copy, and general administrative tasks across editorial and other departments.
