Lead federal business development for health, readiness, and workforce support: build and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, support capture and proposals, mentor BD staff, develop account strategies, and present strategic insights to leadership to drive revenue growth.

Supervise and manage Personal Financial Counselors (PFCs), ensure DoD program compliance, review deliverables, oversee counseling quality, coordinate with installation POCs, handle conflict of interest and reporting processes, and support quality improvement and program reporting.

Lead agile software development and data integration efforts, respond to audits/RFPs, enforce data governance, write and review code, troubleshoot and root-cause issues, deliver data visualizations to senior management, and manage/mentor a team while aligning IT solutions to business strategy.
