Manage enterprise B2B SaaS customer relationships from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Establish success criteria, deliver business reviews, demonstrate ROI, develop success plans, cultivate executive champions, and identify growth opportunities. Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, coordinate issue resolution across Product, Support, and Engineering, and guide customers on platform features and best practices. The role requires strong technical, analytical, consultative, communication, and troubleshooting skills, particularly in cybersecurity and AI-native workflows.

Own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and launch materials for an enterprise security platform. Translate complex AI and third-party risk capabilities into compelling narratives for security buyers, while partnering with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, and leadership. Create customer-facing content, support campaigns and GTM programs, lead webinars and events, and develop a foundational content library for a company emerging from stealth.
