Supports special education programs through curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, student record oversight, and coordination with school staff, parents, agencies, and community partners. The role also assists with hiring special education instructional staff, procuring specialized materials, supporting IEP implementation, interpreting program policies, and advancing school improvement initiatives.
