The role develops relationships with architects, developers, hospitality groups, staging firms, and other commercial clients; manages the complete sales cycle; prepares proposals and pricing; supports complex projects; maintains pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems; and partners cross-functionally to deliver high-touch client experiences. Frequent travel, a strong A&D network, and an established book of business are required.
