We are seeking a high performing and seasoned A&D Contract Sales Executive to grow our contract channel for the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest territories. This role will focus on building and managing partnerships with design firms, developers, hospitality groups, staging companies, and other commercial clients, ultimately leading to driving incremental revenue growth in our contract channel. Our ideal candidate brings a strong luxury sales mindset, excellent taste, and a consultative approach to selling, with the ability to navigate longer sales cycles and complex client needs while delivering a best-in-class brand experience.

This is a remote location based out of San Francisco, CA with frequent travel.
Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental revenue growth across Maiden Home’s contract sales channel.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with architects, developers, hospitality groups, staging firms, and other trade partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification through quoting, negotiation, close, and post-sale relationship management.
  • Serve as a product and brand expert, guiding clients toward solutions that align with their aesthetic, functional, timeline, and budget needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Partner closely with clients on large-scale and multi-unit projects, ensuring a high-touch, service-driven experience throughout.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, product recommendations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, customer experience, operations, and leadership teams to support contract opportunities and ensure smooth execution.
  • Track account activity, pipeline health, and sales performance in CRM systems and provide regular reporting and forecasts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and client needs within the luxury design and furnishings space.
  • Represent Maiden Home with polish and professionalism in client meetings, showroom appointments, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should be located in the San Francisco Bay area.
  • 6+ years of experience in luxury A&D contract sales, with an extensive personal book of business required.
  • Experience in luxury furniture, textiles, lighting, or related interior categories.
  • Strong network within the A&D community throughout the Pacific Northwest and experience working with leading design firms.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into thoughtful product solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and growing business
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly skilled at managing multiple accounts and long lead-time projects simultaneously
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, with interest in new tools and digital platforms.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and passion for luxury design, interiors, and craftsmanship
  • Proactive and accountable approach, with a passion for delivering results.
  • Candidates must have a reliable car and a valid, current driver's license

Anticipated Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 + commission
