Owns mechanical design of electrical enclosures, busbars, and power electronics packaging from requirements through production release. Responsibilities include thermal management, sealing, vibration and shock robustness, cable and wire routing, connector selection, prototyping, testing, DFM, supplier collaboration, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. The role also mentors junior engineers and may lead projects or direct reports, with occasional supplier-site travel.

Provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to executive leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, confidential communications, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and leadership project support. The role collaborates with executive assistants and cross-functional teams while managing sensitive financial, legal, and personnel information with discretion.

Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical system issues across software, electrical, and mechanical domains. Debug C++ control algorithms, implement and test field fixes, use Python for diagnostics and data analysis, tune control gains, support reliability and manufacturing testing, and improve sustaining engineering processes and fleet performance.
