Lead and execute reliability testing and analyses for electromechanical power systems. Design and run mechanical, shock, vibration, and environmental tests; create test plans/reports; perform root-cause failure analysis; drive FMEAs and CAPA processes; build test equipment and automate repetitive testing; collaborate with design, R&D, and manufacturing to reduce product risk.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to Directors and VPs, advising on talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and change management. Build scalable People programs and execute hands-on HR initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to support organizational performance and growth.

Lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic analysis. Advise the CFO and executive team on financial strategy, scenario modeling, and capital allocation. Oversee FP&A managers, improve forecasting and reporting processes, develop Board-level materials, and partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate investments, pricing, and operational decisions supporting growth and manufacturing scale.
