Own the technical vision and architecture for an AI platform of agents, skills, and tools. Scale retrieval/knowledge systems, build developer experience, orchestration, observability, and evaluation/feedback loops. Align cross-division engineering strategy and drive platform adoption.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered experiences across web and mobile. Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to simplify complex workflows for frontline users. Translate ambiguous AI opportunities into testable solutions, contribute to scalable design systems, present design rationale, incorporate feedback, and maintain high visual and interaction quality. Use AI tools to accelerate the design process and improve product outcomes.

Lead a team of 4–6 product designers delivering web and mobile experiences for industrial and frontline users. Own design quality, creative direction, team development, hiring, performance management, and design-system consistency. Partner with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into execution, advocate for user needs, and improve delivery. Guide adoption of AI design tools and practices while contributing to critiques and complex, high-stakes workflow design.
