Own production services through monitoring, incident response, performance tuning, and reliability improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable platform solutions.

Improve platform reliability, observability, resilience, and operational readiness. Partner with development teams to establish reliability standards, implement observability practices, enable autonomous service deployment and support, mentor developers, and drive adoption of incident response, SLO, error budget, and service health practices across the organization.

Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, multi-region Kubernetes clusters, Helm deployment workflows, and observability systems. Improve infrastructure security through image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration. Design, build, and operate MaintainX’s end-to-end search and retrieval platform, including indexing pipelines, query execution, ranking, semantic search, vector retrieval, and AI-enhanced relevance. Partner with domain experts, integrate upstream data sources, optimize distributed systems, make architectural decisions, and ensure production reliability, scalability, and security. The role also includes search relevance evaluation, observability, and business-hours on-call support.

Lead the architecture and technical direction of a cloud data platform spanning infrastructure, Databricks, CDC streaming, pipelines, data products, developer experience, and governance. Resolve cross-team technical challenges, establish platform standards, influence roadmaps, drive adoption, mentor senior engineers, and lead complex multi-squad initiatives with minimal direction.

Lead the strategy and execution of MaintainX reporting, analytics, and ROI products. Expand capabilities from frontline managers to enterprise stakeholders, including operations, finance, and EHS leaders. Partner with data, infrastructure, design, engineering, sales, and post-sales teams to define requirements, support enterprise deals, prioritize roadmap investments, and measure customer and business outcomes through KPIs.

Build and ship full-stack features across product and platform teams, from planning through production. Partner with product managers and designers, own system reliability and performance, review code, mentor developers, and improve tooling, testing, and delivery practices. Work in a TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL environment, participate in on-call rotation, and assume ownership of a feature area or system within six months.

Own and drive the LLMX AI platform roadmap, defining primitives (agents, orchestration, memory, conversational UI), building evaluation and observability infrastructure, shaping model/infrastructure buy vs. build decisions, and partnering across product and enterprise teams to ensure adoption, quality, and cost/latency optimization.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and internal APIs for an AI platform. Integrate LLMs and AI tools into production workflows, ensure platform reliability via observability and incident response, optimize AI runtime performance and cost, and contribute to shared infra like CI/CD and deployments.

Lead design and implementation of compliance and multi-region deployments, build IaC (Terraform/Atmos) for AWS/GovCloud, develop full-stack features (TypeScript/React Native), establish shift-left tooling, ensure architectural consistency across regulated and commercial environments, drive cross-team technical initiatives, troubleshoot distributed systems, and produce documentation and audit-ready standards.
