The Business Analyst will support the discovery process for clients, document workflows, assist in product design, and provide user training and issue resolution post-launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and maintain Node.js/TypeScript backend services; optimize for speed and scalability; collaborate with frontend and product designers; write clean documented code; run performance tests; ensure stability, compliance, and production readiness.
