Maintain and improve Mapbox developer documentation through code updates, content corrections, code sample revisions, and product synchronization. Partner cross-functionally with technical, product, finance, legal, and customer success teams to deliver customer value. Identify adoption and growth opportunities across Mapbox products, influence internal product strategy with customer insights, and position Mapbox against competitive and internally built alternatives.

Leads renewals, ARR retention, and expansion across strategic enterprise customers. Owns renewal strategy, forecasting, commercial negotiations, pricing, usage commitments, risk management, and customer growth. Builds executive and cross-functional relationships, improves Salesforce discipline, and develops Account Managers through coaching. Partners with Customer Success, Product, Finance, Legal, Solutions Architecture, and TPM to drive adoption, protect recurring revenue, and improve customer outcomes.

Build and maintain Mapboxs cloud-native infrastructure and GitOps deployment platforms on AWS. Work with Terraform/Terragrunt and legacy CloudFormation/CDK, migrate services to EKS/ArgoCD, architect centralized GitHub Actions CI, configure observability (Datadog/CloudWatch), provide on-call SRE support, document designs, and lead platform strategy and developer experience improvements.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close for assigned areas. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis. Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and billing portals. Execute order-to-cash tasks including contract review, Salesforce to NetSuite sync, and sales order setup. Partner cross-functionally and assist with audit preparation.

The Associate General Counsel will handle complex commercial transactions, providing legal expertise on data in-licenses and sales agreements, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

The Software Development Engineer II will develop navigation solutions, balance rapid development with reliability, and optimize performance while promoting operational excellence at Mapbox.
