Teams at Marathon Health

Owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of data products across multiple Scrum teams. Translates stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes, selects appropriate technologies, enables self-service analytics, and guides semantic model development. Partners with business, Product, and Technology leaders to prioritize work, resolve conflicts, ensure quality and compliance, and measure adoption and business impact. Requires strong data and analytics product experience, Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and comfort with changing priorities.

Supports month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, cash, and prepaid accounting. Assists with financial reporting, external audit requests, compliance, and internal controls. Identifies process improvements and automation opportunities, contributes to special projects and ad hoc analysis, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Leads the People Partner function, team, and enterprise people strategy. Advises senior business and clinical leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, and change management. Oversees Workday optimization, people analytics, responsible AI and automation initiatives, workforce programs, vendors, and policy governance across a complex healthcare organization.
