Provide expert remote DBA services for MariaDB SkySQL customers: monitor databases, troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize queries and architectures, configure backups and recoveries, automate DBA tasks, perform health checks, support on-call SLAs, manage cloud deployments, contribute to tooling and community, and provide scheduled shift coverage including nights/weekends and occasional international travel.

The Sales Enablement Manager will develop marketing strategies and collaborate with customers to enhance revenue for MariaDB's database offerings, targeting SMBs and Fortune 500 accounts.

Manage long-term success, adoption, retention, and expansion for enterprise customers using MariaDB and GridGain. Onboard customers, drive best practices, conduct business reviews, act as escalation contact, coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives, measure customer health, and champion customer needs across the company.
