Leads major gift fundraising for Santa Clara University by managing a portfolio of 125 high-net-worth prospects. Responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors; developing proposals and solicitation strategies; collaborating with university leaders; tracking donor activity in Blackbaud CRM; incorporating planned giving; and meeting fundraising performance goals. The role requires frequent external meetings, travel, relationship management, and demonstrated success securing substantial annual gifts.

Performs university-wide cybersecurity operations, including security request triage, risk consultations, workflow automation, API integrations, incident investigation, alert and vulnerability triage, and incident reporting. Reviews third-party systems, infrastructure configurations, identity environments, and data flows for security weaknesses and compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, and related standards. Partners with IT teams and stakeholders to remediate risks and improve security processes.

Supervises evening and weekend library circulation and help desk operations. Processes borrowing, course reserves, holds, interlibrary loans, billing, catalog updates, and retrieval requests. Provides customer and basic reference assistance, resolves patron issues, oversees student employees, manages schedules, opens and secures the library, and supports collection and service improvement projects. Requires an associate degree and two years of library circulation or equivalent customer service experience.
