Leads and supports daily front desk and front office operations, including guest services, bell and door staff, switchboard, and concierge functions. Supervises and coaches employees, handles guest complaints, supports staffing and training, monitors service standards, assists with room revenue and occupancy goals, and contributes to financial and administrative responsibilities. Maintains guest satisfaction, supports recognition programs, ensures policy compliance, and performs front desk duties as needed.

Supports the HR Director by leading daily HR operations including recruiting, compensation, employee relations, benefits education, training and development, compliance with laws and SOPs, workers' compensation management, and staff coaching to meet HR business-plan objectives.

Lead development and execution of hotel marketing strategy to drive revenue and RevPar, manage digital presence (website, OTAs, social, email), oversee PR and partnerships, analyze campaign performance, collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management, manage marketing team and vendors, and handle budgeting, content/assets, and reporting to leadership and owners.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public and employee areas, including restrooms, showers, floors, glass, and trash removal. Inspect and report furniture or maintenance issues, post safety signs, respond to guest and departmental requests, follow safety and confidentiality policies, and assist team members. Physically perform lifting, pushing/pulling, climbing, bending, and extended standing/walking as required.

Lead hotel sales to meet revenue targets by generating and negotiating new corporate accounts, maintaining client portfolio, managing a sales team, developing business/marketing plans, qualifying leads, conducting outside sales calls, maintaining sales tracking and reports, supporting operations and guest relations, and managing the hotels social media presence.

Drive group and transient revenue by prospecting, securing, and growing accounts through direct sales, presentations, site inspections, client entertainment, tradeshows, and market outreach. Negotiate contracts, meet weekly activity goals, use marketing initiatives and RFP platforms, and collaborate with sales leadership to exceed revenue targets while maintaining market knowledge and client relationships.

Design, develop, and implement features for the Marriott Bonvoy Android app. Collaborate with cross-functional product teams, participate in requirements and code reviews, follow development and governance processes, support deployments and production, and learn engineering best practices including security, Google design standards, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Lead translation of HR business requirements into technical solution designs, drive full-stack application development and integrations, collaborate with architects and system integrators, manage product backlog and delivery, mentor engineers, and support lifecycle activities for corporate HR systems (custom and SaaS). Focus initially on learning/benefits applications and broader associate-facing HR solutions.
