Oversee a team of claims professionals to manage workers' compensation and general liability claims across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, timely investigations, accurate payments, reserve adequacy, litigation oversight, and coordination with regional leadership and outside counsel to achieve cost-effective resolutions.

Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Global Cobrand Cards Program within the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program. Manage budgeting, forecasting, accruals, GAAP and cash flow reporting, revenue recognition close, points tracking, audit support (SOX), and ad-hoc financial analyses. Partner with finance, accounting, legal, technology, and business leaders to drive program transparency, cost control, and strategic financial decisions for cobrand card and emerging partnership initiatives.

Lead enterprise reliability transformation for Data and Core domains by embedding SRE and DevSecOps practices. Define reliability strategy, SLOs/SLIs, observability, automation, and incident reduction. Partner with product, architecture, security and providers to improve resiliency, reduce toil, and report executive-level reliability outcomes while building and developing global reliability engineering teams.
