Engage guests at Marriott Vacation Club properties to present and sell specially priced trial ownership packages, exceed sales goals, and provide high-level customer service and follow-up.

Serve as onsite HR lead supporting the full employment lifecycle: associate and labor relations, compliance, leaves of absence, onboarding, worker's compensation, data analysis, and HR policy implementation. Act as liaison with leadership, unions, and third-party providers; conduct investigations and represent company in grievance/mediation; maintain audits and HRIS resources.

Provide owners and guests property recommendations, answer questions, follow up leads and referrals, handle pricing and portfolio requests, contact owners to monitor satisfaction and promote offers, maintain customer records, greet guests, and uphold company and safety standards. Requires flexible scheduling, possible background/drug screening, and an active real estate license where mandated; one year related experience preferred.

Supervise front desk staff to deliver excellent owner/guest service; manage check-ins, reservations, and payment processing; coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and discipline; ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and professional appearance; provide flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
