Develops new business leads and sales opportunities in the small business insurance sector. Responsibilities include building lead lists, executing prospecting campaigns, researching prospects and competitors, qualifying leads with Producers, managing Salesforce updates, conducting persistent outreach, tracking pipeline activity, and reporting results to leadership. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Manages employee health and benefits clients, serving as the primary contact for service, renewals, compliance, enrollment, funding strategies, and carrier coordination. Advises on fully insured, level-funded, and ASO plans; supports cost modeling, reporting, claims analysis, and regulatory requirements including ACA, COBRA, PCORI, Medicare Part D, and Section 125. Prepares benefit materials, coordinates vendor and carrier activities, resolves issues, and collaborates on renewal and client growth strategies.

Supports client benefit renewals by gathering plan, census, rate, and claims data; preparing RFPs and presentations; analyzing carrier proposals; maintaining client and carrier records; coordinating enrollment and plan implementation; and resolving coverage, claims, and administrative issues. The role requires collaboration with client service teams, carriers, vendors, and benefit analysts while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation.
