Translates partner and market needs into product requirements, collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams, develops integration documentation, represents Mastercard in standards forums, and supports responsible commercialization of emerging payment technologies including blockchain, digital assets, and multi-rail payments.

Architect and lead enterprise AI infrastructure supporting LLM training and inference, machine learning, agentic AI, and production platforms. Define technical standards for HPC, GPUs, Kubernetes, private and hybrid cloud, networking, storage, reliability, security, observability, and automation. Solve complex scalability and performance challenges, guide cross-functional initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, mentor engineers, and embed governance, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI into secure, resilient infrastructure.

Owns business development and account management for Mastercard Services within digital merchant and fintech segments. Responsibilities include achieving sales and revenue targets, managing end-to-end consultative sales, developing value propositions, presenting to senior stakeholders, coordinating with marketing, product, solutions, and client services teams, and setting territory commercial strategy. The role requires building senior client relationships, leading pitches, and monetizing data products, software platforms, and analytic services.

Leads software engineering strategy, architecture, platform delivery, and organizational growth for Mastercard’s AI-native decisioning platform. Oversees scalable distributed systems, streaming, AI, cloud-native infrastructure, reliability, security, engineering standards, and operational excellence. Recruits and develops technical talent, partners with Product and business stakeholders, and drives execution from concept through production adoption while shaping long-term technology vision.

Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, and growth for Mastercard's media solutions in NAM.
