Lead global Technology Account Management for Mastercard Open Finance, owning operating model, regional TAM leaders, and client technical relationships post go-live. Drive platform adoption, integration health, retention, and influence product and engineering through client insight. Build enablement, automation, and scaling foundations while serving as senior technical partner for strategic clients and executive stakeholder.

Design, build, and deploy ML models for ad targeting, ranking, and bidding optimization. Develop large-scale personalization and recommendation systems, attribution and incrementality testing frameworks, and experiment strategies. Partner with product, engineering, and analytics to productionize low-latency models, optimize performance and scalability, and apply causal inference and advanced measurement across the AdTech ecosystem.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, ecosystem design, commercialization, and delivery for Mastercard's Agent Pay for Machines. Orchestrate cross-functional teams and external partners, define architecture and operating standards, drive go-to-market, pricing, P&L, and scale machine-to-machine and agent-driven payments globally.
