Build and ship consumer-facing Android recommendation features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Own scoped components through planning, implementation, testing, experimentation, and validation. Collaborate with backend, product, design, data science, QA, ML, and infrastructure teams. Investigate bugs and performance issues, contribute to modular architecture and shared libraries, write tests, participate in code reviews, and improve app reliability and member experience.

Drive cross-functional technical programs across Tinder’s recommendations, revenue, and engagement teams. Own planning through launch, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business partners, and communicate program health to leadership. The role covers recommendation infrastructure, subscriptions, payments, advertising, lifecycle messaging, and CRM platforms while maintaining delivery quality and velocity across global mobile, backend, ML, and web initiatives.

Build and ship applied AI tools for legal work: identify high-impact opportunities, prototype agents and retrieval systems, integrate with enterprise data and systems, measure quality against human baselines, and train and onboard lawyers. Partner with Legal Ops, IT, Security, and product teams to iterate, evaluate, and scale AI-native legal capabilities across Match Group.

Lead identity and access security across a global portfolio, including authentication, authorization, non-human identities, PAM, JIT access, and Cloudflare ZTNA. Design Okta policies, integrate endpoint and SaaS security signals, manage identity governance and compliance, and automate security workflows using infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and AI tooling. Influence cross-functional teams, modernize access controls, and drive complex security initiatives to completion.

Leads Match Group’s Growth Technology organization across MarTech engineering, marketing data foundations, technical program management, and organic growth. Sets strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and build-versus-buy decisions while managing a multidisciplinary team. Oversees marketing measurement, audience activation, experimentation, AI-powered automation, performance intelligence, SEO, ASO, GEO, and AI Search capabilities. Partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML leaders to scale growth platforms across a global portfolio of consumer brands.

Build and maintain consumer-facing iOS features for the Tinder app. Contribute to architecture, shared frameworks, analytics tooling, auth/account management, and collaborate with product, design, and data teams. Mentor teammates and improve app quality with testing and scalable code.
