The Principal AI Learning & Enablement Partner will drive AI adoption across Match Group by creating an AI learning roadmap, partnering with leaders, and enabling employees. They will create practical applications of AI in the workplace and track usage and engagement for impactful outcomes.

Build and maintain MarTech across mobile clients and backend: instrument iOS/Android apps, handle privacy/consent and event delivery, build APIs and marketing tooling, manage programmatic ad workflows, and develop AI/agent-ready marketing infrastructure and tooling.

Lead architecture and implementation of MarTech measurement, attribution SDKs (iOS/Android), server-side event delivery, and marketing operations tooling. Own roadmap, set standards, build APIs/services, and enable AI-native marketing workflows across Match Group brands.
