The Machine Learning Engineer II at Tinder will develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze model impact through experiments.

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onsite logistics across time zones. Maintain ATS and recruiting systems, resolve scheduling conflicts, optimize processes, build documentation/templates, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless candidate experience for technical and non-technical roles.

Lead architecture and implementation of MarTech measurement, attribution SDKs (iOS/Android), server-side event delivery, and marketing operations tooling. Own roadmap, set standards, build APIs/services, and enable AI-native marketing workflows across Match Group brands.
