Build telemetry and observability across AI training, data, infrastructure, models, agents, and missions. The role establishes shared telemetry schemas, instruments distributed workloads and agent workflows, connects mission context to model behavior, and develops service objectives, alerts, reliability mechanisms, capacity and cost visibility, and incident tooling. Success requires correlating operational, scientific, and AI-system signals to diagnose failures and support safe deployments.

Own the insurance data-product roadmap, working with P&C carriers to identify workflows, customer needs, economics, and adoption barriers. Translate Matter’s spectral and geospatial capabilities into product requirements, packaging, pricing, ROI frameworks, and scalable deployments. Partner with science, engineering, deployment, business development, and commercial teams to prioritize features, validate product-market fit, and launch insurer-ready products for property risk assessment.

Design workflows, interfaces, prototypes, and design systems that make complex sensing and AI data clear and actionable. Lead customer research, translate analytical capabilities into intuitive product experiences, validate concepts, and collaborate with product and engineering teams through implementation. The role focuses on data-rich software, expert workflows, and operational decision-making for physical-world intelligence products.
