Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Later Influence, an enterprise influencer marketing platform. Builds and manages product, design, and product operations teams; advances AI and workflow automation; defines product metrics; and partners cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. Drives enterprise growth, customer outcomes, product-market fit, and transformation toward a programmatic influencer platform while representing the product externally.

Lead UX strategy and execution across Later’s product portfolio, managing 5–6 designers and establishing cohesive, scalable experiences. Partner with product and engineering leadership on design systems, AI-native workflows, rapid prototyping, accessibility, research, and design-to-code processes. Mentor and recruit designers, guide product strategy, improve usability and consistency, and represent UX with senior leadership.

The AI Automation Engineer will automate internal processes, mentor non-technical staff on building tools, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact using AI technologies.
