Serve as a Business Analyst bridging Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT across Salesforce CPQ and Oracle Fusion. Elicit and document requirements, map as‑is/to‑be processes, create BRDs/FSDs/user stories, support UAT and testing, recommend configuration changes, ensure data flows and integration integrity, and drive user adoption through training and documentation.

Travel extensively to support branches and job sites with operations, logistics, installations, training, and project coordination. Troubleshoot issues, lead escalations, standardize processes, support audits and compliance, and partner with sales, vendors, and customers to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Generate and close rental and sales opportunities for modular buildings by building relationships with customers and partners, managing estimates and project execution, meeting sales quotas, and ensuring excellent customer service across the project lifecycle.
