Design physical ICT infrastructure for data centers and mission-critical buildings, including fiber and copper cabling, pathways, telecom rooms, rack elevations, outside plant systems, and construction drawings. Develop Revit/BIM models, coordinate low-voltage systems and other engineering disciplines, support site visits and design reviews, review submittals and RFIs, and contribute to commissioning documentation. Apply BICSI, TIA/EIA, and ANSI standards while collaborating with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Designs electrical systems and performs design calculations for data centers, industrial buildings, offices, and other large commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include equipment selection, specifications, submittal and RFI reviews, change orders, record drawings, site observations, inspections, commissioning, and coordination with clients and external disciplines. The role also manages project priorities, budgets, deadlines, and may mentor junior staff.

Designs mechanical and plumbing systems for data centers and other major construction projects. Independently drives projects through design and construction, oversees mechanical drawings and specifications, coordinates with clients, contractors, vendors, manufacturers, and multidisciplinary teams, and selects and schedules major equipment. The role also includes site observations, client meetings, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with mechanical systems and energy codes.
