Own product design projects from ideation through launch, including feature definition, interaction design, prototyping, user research, and polished design handoff. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teammates, leverage AI design workflows, contribute to the design system, and uphold a high quality bar across product implementation. The role requires strong communication, storytelling, empathy, resilience, and a passion for reading and writing experiences.

Own Android features end to end, from identifying user needs through development, launch, and performance evaluation. Build idiomatic, well-tested Kotlin and Jetpack Compose applications, shape product direction, and collaborate with design, leadership, and engineers across Android, iOS, web, and backend. Drive decisions in ambiguous situations, improve mobile engineering standards, and contribute to product strategy while working remotely with distributed teams.

Staff Product Designer will lead product design initiatives from ideation through launch, translating strategy and complex challenges into intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities include creating designs, interactions, and prototypes; using AI design tools; conducting user research; contributing to the design system; collaborating with engineering, product, leadership, and other designers; and maintaining a high bar for visual, interaction, and product design quality.
