Plans and schedules preventive and corrective maintenance by coordinating labor, materials, tools, permits, equipment access, and work scopes. Maintains the master preventive-maintenance schedule, forecasts resource needs, and coordinates maintenance groups with facility supervisors to support manufacturing operations. Ensures work-order compliance with FDA, DEA, OSHA, and cGMP requirements while improving productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.

The Sr. Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with regulatory standards in the FDA-regulated industry by managing technical solutions, compliance documentation, and project management for clients in life sciences.

Responsible for site EHS compliance, permitting, inspections, incident investigations, training, recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA, AQMD, ADA, fire codes). Serve as primary regulatory contact, maintain permits and EHS program documentation, conduct ergonomic and safety training, support workers' compensation oversight, and drive corrective actions and management of change processes to minimize exposures and ensure continuous compliance.
