Build relationships with prospective wealth management clients, understand their financial needs, present tailored Mercer Advisors solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement through conversion. The role requires strong financial services expertise, client relationship development, CRM proficiency, sales leadership, organization, and the ability to drive growth in a high-volume environment.

Supports client service requests, researches and resolves client concerns, maintains client information in a CRM, completes administrative tasks, and assists with special projects. The intern works with local and centralized teams, follows compliance and risk procedures, ensures documentation requirements are met, and contributes to a positive client experience. This is a 10-week, full-time, in-office internship focused on professional development, mentorship, and financial services experience.

Serve as a client-facing Relationship Manager I supporting Wealth Advisors by ensuring consistent service delivery, managing client workflows, resolving issues, driving client follow-up, tracking service KPIs, supporting client segmentation and onboarding, and identifying growth and retention opportunities to improve advisor practice performance.
