Provides paralegal support for insurance defense and civil litigation, including legal research, discovery responses, pleadings, motions, trial preparation, client correspondence, case documentation, and small claims defense. The role drafts and formats legal documents, investigates facts, summarizes records, maintains digital case files, coordinates filings and deadlines, and assists attorneys with exhibits, witnesses, and trial materials.

Serves as a strategic compensation partner to business groups, advising leaders on pay decisions, job evaluations, market benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, and equity recommendations. The role improves compensation processes, tools, governance, and HRIS workflows; ensures regulatory compliance; performs financial modeling and analysis; develops manager guidance; and coaches junior compensation professionals.
