Leads full-cycle recruiting for complex technical, data, product, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and emerging technology roles. Partners with senior leaders to define hiring strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, assess candidates, advise on offers, and improve recruiting processes. Uses market research, funnel analytics, recruiting technology, automation, and AI tools to guide decisions and enhance candidate experience. Also mentors peers and drives continuous improvement across recruiting practices.

Provides legal support on high-exposure insurance defense files, including discovery and medical-record summaries, party and expert depositions, legal research, motions, trial-document preparation, and trial support. The role requires managing high-volume cases independently, attending court and trials, and conducting significant insurance defense and personal-injury litigation work.

Defends first- and third-party personal injury insurance cases from assignment through posttrial motions, including discovery, depositions, legal research, motion practice, trials, and arbitration. Manages a caseload independently, prepares evaluations and litigation documents, communicates with claims teams, and handles court appearances. Requires automobile travel of up to 20% of work time and eligibility based on driving history and license status.
