Provides transactional HR support across the employee lifecycle, including Workday processes, recruitment administration, contract issuance, HR inbox management, employee support, and ServiceNow request resolution. The role requires strong organisation, communication, customer service, attention to detail, and prioritisation skills. HRIS and HR administration experience are desirable. A current Police Record Check and valid working rights are required.

Serves as the first point of contact for prospective aged care customers, providing guidance on funding, eligibility, fees, and service options. Qualifies enquiries, maintains accurate CRM records, nurtures customer relationships, and hands qualified opportunities to sales teams. The role supports customers and families across Retirement Living, Home Care, and Residential Aged Care while helping achieve positive outcomes, strong satisfaction, and seamless progression from enquiry to admission.

Provides recovery-focused psychological assessment, formulation, evidence-based therapy, group programs, consultation, supervision, mentoring, and service development within a multidisciplinary community mental health team. Supports adults experiencing diverse mental health conditions, including mood, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, and personality disorders. The role includes suicide risk management, collaborative treatment planning, workforce learning, and consumer- and family-centred care.
