Leads procurement strategy and a team of 7–8 professionals supporting raw materials, contract manufacturing, and components. Manages $55–$60 million in annual spend, supplier relationships, sourcing, negotiations, inventory settings, purchase orders, supplier quality, and procurement policies. Partners with production, quality, planning, and global procurement teams to ensure supply continuity, reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and support new product development.

Owns the global iHerb business strategy, including P&L, marketplace operations, assortment, forecasting, promotions, retail media, inventory coordination, negotiations, and performance reporting. The role analyzes sales, margins, customer behavior, and market trends to drive profitable growth, while coordinating with supply chain, finance, legal, marketing, and customer experience teams. It also leads joint business planning, digital initiatives, and quarterly U.S. travel.
