Own customer implementations from contract signature through steady-state adoption. Configure AI agents, prompts, templates, integrations, and customer workflows; lead user and hiring-manager training; monitor adoption; troubleshoot usage gaps; and create reusable onboarding assets. Manage multiple implementations, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders while tailoring the experience to each customer and helping teams achieve measurable value from the platform.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launches for Metaview’s AI recruiting products. Research customers, buyers, competitors, and the recruiting technology market; develop narratives, case studies, sales collateral, and enablement materials; support Sales and Customer Success; and measure and improve product marketing impact.

Own Metaview’s US marketing events strategy and execute events end to end, including conferences, product launches, executive dinners, community gatherings, partnerships, and activations. Responsibilities include developing concepts, managing promotion and follow-up, selecting event investments, coordinating sales partnerships, managing venues and vendors, overseeing budgets and timelines, and measuring results to improve brand engagement, relationships, and pipeline.
