The role requires expertise in employee benefits, insurance products, regulations, complex negotiations, and relationship management, along with state insurance licenses, FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, and a bachelor's degree.

Leads third-party API integration initiatives from discovery through production launch. Translates business and partner needs into integration requirements, implementation plans, and delivery milestones. Coordinates API development, partner onboarding, operational readiness, governance, risks, and dependencies across internal teams, IT, vendors, and external partners. Serves as the primary contact for connectivity initiatives and ensures successful transition to ongoing support.

Leads AI and automation product strategy for disability and absence claims operations. Responsibilities include prioritizing AI opportunities, owning roadmaps, designing human-in-the-loop workflows, defining safeguards and success metrics, partnering with engineering, coaching Product Owners, managing delivery increments, and communicating operational impact to senior leadership.
