Serve as the primary technical customer contact from onboarding through production rollout. Conduct discovery, understand requirements, manage APIs and integrations, provide implementation guidance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate engineering resolutions, track customer requests, and communicate product updates. Maintain customer relationships, lead regular syncs, relay feedback to product and engineering, and participate in sprint and quarterly planning. The role requires software implementation experience and full-stack proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

Participate in customer and internal planning meetings while helping ensure customers successfully integrate and derive value from the platform.

Owns product direction and end-to-end delivery for deeply technical infrastructure and analytics products. The role gathers stakeholder input, prioritizes initiatives, creates PRDs and roadmaps, leads 0-to-1 execution, coordinates testing and enterprise rollouts, monitors products after launch, and enables internal and external product expertise. Healthcare data standards, healthcare IT, API development, and AI product experience are valuable.
