Monitor and manage payment flows and incidents across PSPs (Stripe, Adyen), perform root-cause analysis, maintain runbooks and KPI reporting, coordinate cross-functional escalations, support PSP/vendor onboarding and SLA tracking, and use AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

The Digital Acquisition Manager will develop and execute acquisition strategies, optimize paid search channels, manage budgets, and mentor a marketing team to drive revenue and pipeline growth.

Lead end-to-end multi-channel acquisition (paid and organic) with core ownership of Paid Search to drive pipeline and revenue. Manage budget, forecasting, and CAC/payback targets; design experimentation across ads, landing pages and channel mix; diagnose funnel performance; partner with Sales, Product, RevOps and Creative; mentor a team and oversee agencies; communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
