Leads complex bridge engineering projects nationwide, serving as technical or project manager, advisor, and quality leader. Drives business development, client engagement, proposal capture, technical delivery, and industry thought leadership for major bridge opportunities. Provides technical guidance, mentoring, quality oversight, and support for firm-wide bridge engineering standards and audits. Requires extensive experience with major bridge types, professional licensure, and strong client and industry relationships.

Lead broadband consulting projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, deliverables, and financial administration. Advise government and public-sector clients on broadband strategy, technologies, funding programs, compliance, feasibility, and deployment. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, agencies, service providers, and stakeholders; prepare technical documentation; support business development; and maintain expertise in broadband policy, infrastructure, and funding. The role requires occasional to moderate travel.
