Lead store selling culture and front-end/service operations to drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Coach team, provide manager-on-duty coverage, oversee POS/self-checkout, BOPIS, same-day fulfillment, loyalty enrollment, in-store programs (balloons, parties, Cut Bar, custom framing), and asset protection. Ensure SOP compliance, efficient transactions, and staff training while meeting operational KPIs.
