Support manufacturing, failure analysis, yield enhancement, and qualification for current and next-generation FPGA/SoC products. Characterize on-chip components, perform pre/post-silicon debug, analyze electrical test and yield data, and collaborate across design, technology, test, and quality teams to drive product and process improvements.

Lead product reliability qualification and NPI activities for next-generation FPGA/SoC products. Define and execute reliability experiments, perform root-cause and statistical analysis, support production test flows, validate on-chip components, develop automation and scripts (including Agentic AI), and drive corrective actions across cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and datasheet compliance.

The role involves developing methodologies for signal and power integrity in high-speed FPGA products, collaborating with global teams, and providing technical guidance on SI/PI strategies.
