Develops and executes global sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships and contracts, leads negotiations and cost reduction initiatives, assesses supplier capabilities and risks, and supports product development sourcing. Partners with engineering and cross-functional teams to align suppliers with product roadmaps, improve procurement processes, and ensure supply continuity. Requires extensive global procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and approximately 20% domestic and international travel.

Support manufacturing, failure analysis, yield enhancement, and qualification for current and next-generation FPGA/SoC products. Characterize on-chip components, perform pre/post-silicon debug, analyze electrical test and yield data, and collaborate across design, technology, test, and quality teams to drive product and process improvements.

Support pre-production rollout of new FPGA products by planning early builds, managing ES/PP inventory and forecasts, monitoring package test yields with statistical analysis, developing scripts to track yields and builds, coordinating cross-functional teams, and resolving production holds to enable customer shipments.
