Own and grow a strategic global hyperscaler account, driving revenue, account strategy, opportunity execution, forecasting, and customer relationships. Develop multi-product sales pipelines, meet revenue and margin objectives, identify strategic opportunities, and represent customer needs internally. Collaborate with engineering, quality, business units, legal, and executives to support product launches, production ramps, and long-term supply continuity. Conduct cost modeling and savings analysis while managing supplier agreements and category priorities. Requires up to 15% domestic travel.

Design and optimize high-speed digital and analog datapath circuits for NAND memory products. Responsibilities include architecture and chip planning, PPA optimization, circuit simulation, parasitic modeling, layout review, reliability verification, silicon data analysis, and collaboration across engineering teams to deliver robust memory designs.

Develop and optimize analog and digital circuit simulation and verification flows for memory design teams. Build scalable software systems, integrate EDA tools, improve design productivity, and reduce pre-silicon failures. Lead AI-assisted and automated simulation workflows, troubleshoot complex circuit issues, collaborate with global engineering teams and EDA vendors, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Provides legal counsel to Sales and Business Units on domestic and international commercial transactions. The role requires a JD, active bar membership, and at least six years of complex commercial contracting experience.

Develop and maintain physical verification tools, flows, and methodologies for semiconductor memory products. Create, debug, qualify, and release Calibre DRC/LVS rule decks using SVRF; translate design rules into verification checks; and establish testing and regression strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams on signoff and issue resolution, provide training and production support, evaluate EDA technologies, automate verification workflows, and lead technical projects and roadmap initiatives.

Develop and support CAD software, EDA tools, design flows, and methodologies for CMOS design and verification. Create P-cells, scripts, and automation for physical design, optimization, verification, and tapeout. Drive next-generation memory package pathfinding and system architecture for datacenter and edge-AI products. Define packaging strategies, optimize silicon-to-system performance, and lead cross-stack co-optimization across package, board, and system design. Collaborate with silicon teams, customers, business units, and senior leaders; influence industry standards; and develop AI-based multiphysics solutions. The role requires expertise in memory systems, package design, signaling, I/O, power delivery, thermal, mechanical, reliability, and electrical performance.
