Provides strategic legal counsel to technology and business teams on complex intellectual property and technology licensing transactions. Drafts and negotiates licensing, joint development, research, software, technology transfer, government, M&A, and related IP agreements. Advises on IP protection, government-funded research, policies, data security, open source, and contract compliance while partnering with engineering, leadership, and M&A teams.

Own lab infrastructure operations, including system bring-up, equipment deployment, platform validation, configuration, maintenance, automation, and troubleshooting. Support server, GPU, FPGA, AI, memory, and environmental test platforms while enabling workload characterization, trace analysis, performance testing, and customer activities. Develop Python or shell automation, manage assets and calibration, and resolve hardware, firmware, software, networking, power, and thermal issues across global engineering teams.

Manages strategic global semiconductor accounts across smartphone, tablet, and premium notebook segments. Develops account plans, builds executive and technical relationships, grows opportunity pipelines, maintains forecasts, and supports revenue, margin, design-win, qualification, and market-share goals. Coordinates with product, engineering, operations, supply chain, legal, finance, and pricing teams to align customer requirements, roadmaps, supply, and commercial terms. Identifies opportunities involving AI-enabled devices and delivers customer, competitive, and market insights.
