Mentor senior and principal engineers, review architecture, communicate tradeoffs to executives, and create reusable engineering practices, documentation, and playbooks.

Lead a team of 10–12 data scientists delivering analytics and insights that influence senior-level decisions and drive business impact. Partner with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations. Oversee data science solutions, hire and develop employees, manage performance, build capabilities, and connect data science investments to measurable outcomes.

Leads Xbox Media Solutions’ gaming measurement and insights organization, defining strategy across sales, marketing, and product. Oversees ROI measurement, media mix modeling, attribution, research, data science, and industry insights to guide gaming advertising investments and product recommendations. Builds stakeholder relationships with clients, game studios, platforms, and internal teams while managing and developing analytics professionals and establishing operational rigor.

Own Microsoft's commercial brand strategy, architecture, identity, governance, and execution across customer touchpoints. Build and operate AI-enabled brand and content systems, automation, tooling, measurement, and quality standards at global scale. Lead senior brand practitioners, develop internal capabilities, partner across marketing and product organizations, and use customer and market insights to improve brand comprehension, preference, trust, and speed to market.

Design, build, secure, and operate Microsoft's AdTech clean room infrastructure and privacy-safe data collaboration platform. Develop secure data ingestion, identity resolution, audience matching, measurement, activation, access controls, encryption, monitoring, and operational automation. Lead pre-silicon verification for security IP and SoC subsystems: develop C/C++ test content, architect SystemVerilog/UVM environments, drive coverage signoff, mentor engineers, build C test infrastructure and automation (Python/etc.), and accelerate bring-up via FPGA/emulation and hardware debug tooling.

Provides administrative and project support for the CoreAI organization, including headcount and requisition tracking, onboarding, space allocation, equipment purchasing and asset management, budget and expense review, and event planning. Partners with HR, Staffing, Finance, Facilities, and administrative teams while managing calendars, communications, reporting accuracy, and confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Supports Microsoft’s corporate venture capital investment team by researching markets and startups, developing investment theses, sourcing deals, building investor and founder relationships, conducting due diligence and valuation analysis, preparing investment memos, tracking deal flow and portfolio metrics, producing leadership presentations, and supporting portfolio companies through research, introductions, and business development.
