Analyze and optimize a two-sided healthcare marketplace through health metrics, root-cause analysis, cohort modeling, dashboards, and decision-support analytics. Partner with Demand, Supply, Operations, Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science leaders to guide capacity planning, provider onboarding, market expansion, and operational strategy. Build scalable analytics models and reporting infrastructure while translating complex data into executive recommendations.

Own analytics for the clinician lifecycle, from recruiting and credentialing through performance, quality, retention, and business impact. Build operational scorecards, predictive retention models, licensing dashboards, and transcript-based empathy scoring frameworks using SQL, Python, BI tools, NLP, and LLMs. Partner with clinical, quality, operations, talent, product, and executive stakeholders to connect clinician behaviors and outcomes with patient retention, NPS, compensation, training, and workflows.

Build and own end-to-end full-stack features across patient, clinician, and operations products using Django/DRF and React/Next.js. Partner with cross-functional teams to design systems, write scalable maintainable code, improve CI/testing, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and adopt AI coding tools to increase productivity.
