Supports the General Manager by leading store operations, coaching sales staff, managing client relationships, achieving sales goals, maintaining visual merchandising standards, creating floor plans and design presentations, conducting in-home consultations, and overseeing Sales Assistants and Studio Interns. Requires retail management experience preferred, proficiency with MS Office, web navigation, and 3-D rendering software, weekend and holiday availability, and ability to move objects over 20 pounds.

Provides consultative interior design and sales services in a modern furnishings retail store. Responsibilities include client consultations, product selection, space planning, styling, relationship management, CRM outreach, sales goal achievement, visual merchandising, product training, and in-home or off-site client meetings.

Oversee multiple DWR stores in a geographic region, coach and develop General Managers and sales teams, set and monitor sales targets, conduct store visits, build sales strategies, manage budgets, recruit leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure exceptional customer experience and operational standards.
