Lead end-to-end hardware development from architecture and prototyping through validation, industrialization, and production ramp. Create and manage program plans, track cost/mass/reliability/performance metrics, mitigate technical and supply-chain risks, align cross-functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers, enforce configuration/change control and BOM accuracy, and support DVT/PVT and production validation testing.

Own purchase orders, inbound freight, customs compliance, inventory control, warehouse organization, material planning, and lightweight system building (spreadsheets/Notion). Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, brokers, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time parts delivery and accurate records, preparing workflows for future ERP deployment.

Design and optimize middleware and runtime systems for robotic platforms, ensuring system stability and user experience through CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
