Leads an engineering team developing SmartDesk, an AI-powered front desk assistant for wellness businesses. Responsibilities include team hiring and development, technical vision and strategy, architecture, product delivery, cross-functional collaboration, resource prioritization, and execution through ambiguity. The manager will turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable, scalable production systems while balancing innovation, quality, and long-term flexibility.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team to build and operate reliable, scalable cloud platforms and developer infrastructure. Hire and develop engineers, drive technical vision, participate in product strategy, and contribute to cross-engineering initiatives. Ensure operational excellence across Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, networking, identity, compute, and storage at scale.

Provide paralegal support for product and privacy legal work: document product functionality, maintain privacy and regulatory records, draft and manage DPAs and notices, support global privacy program administration, perform legal research, assist with AI/legal tech implementations, and coordinate cross-functional compliance workflows.
