Lead end-to-end delivery of a full-scale HRIS migration, managing planning, data migration, vendor and cross-functional coordination, configuration, testing, cutover, change management, communications, and post-go-live hypercare to ensure adoption and minimal disruption to People Operations.

Provide paralegal support for product and privacy legal work: document product functionality, maintain privacy and regulatory records, draft and manage DPAs and notices, support global privacy program administration, perform legal research, assist with AI/legal tech implementations, and coordinate cross-functional compliance workflows.

Lead strategy and execution for a unified CRM and growth platform: define roadmap, lead a product squad, integrate point solutions, drive acquisition/conversion/retention, mentor PMs, and partner with GTM and engineering to launch cohesive CRM capabilities.
