Own a portfolio of AWS seller teams aligned with Mintlify sales teams. The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage high-value accounts, fostering relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through strategic initiatives and data-driven processes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts valued at $50K–$250K ARR. Own renewals, expansion opportunities, pricing negotiations, forecasting, and Salesforce data accuracy while partnering closely with Customer Success. Engage engineering, developer experience, documentation, and procurement stakeholders, conduct customer visits and business reviews, and communicate product and pricing feedback internally. The role requires quota-carrying account management experience, technical fluency with documentation workflows, strong discovery and negotiation skills, and approximately one week of travel each month.

Own targeted outbound prospecting into enterprise and strategic accounts. Research companies and technical buyers, personalize email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach, book qualified meetings for account executives, and support event and dinner attendance. Maintain CRM hygiene, conduct systematic follow-up, communicate credibly with engineering leaders, and use AI-powered tools to improve productivity. The role offers a path toward account executive responsibilities.

Own Mintlify’s sales revenue and execution while partnering with founders on strategy. Build and scale the sales organization, spending significant initial time recruiting account executives, managers, and sales engineers. Coach reps, lead pipeline reviews and demos, improve sales velocity, establish operating rhythms, and support expansion into new product lines and enterprise customers.

Lead Mintlify’s engineering strategy, execution, and organizational growth in partnership with the founders. Build and scale the engineering team, recruit and retain exceptional talent, guide major product initiatives, set priorities across product, platform, and infrastructure, and improve engineering velocity, reliability, and scalability. The role requires strong technical depth, product judgment, and experience scaling an early-stage engineering organization.

Build polished, customer-facing features across the full product lifecycle. Collaborate with design and engineering to solve complex technical challenges, improve performance and scalability, shape product direction, and refine user experiences. The role requires a strong frontend or backend technical specialty, product intuition, ownership, adaptability across the stack, and willingness to engage directly with customers.

Lead Mintlify’s technical support organization as a hands-on player-coach. Build enterprise support processes, SLAs, escalation paths, metrics, and coverage models; manage critical customer escalations; deploy AI and automation; partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success; oversee bug triage and incident communication; and hire, coach, and develop support engineers while scaling operations.

Own the architecture and operation of Mintlify’s platform infrastructure, services, and developer tooling. Lead initiatives that improve deployment velocity, scalability, reliability, observability, and incident response. Re-architect backend systems, support multi-cloud and customer-managed environments, and build AI-focused developer tools. Establish technical standards, review designs, mentor engineers, and guide infrastructure projects from conception through production.

Build polished, customer-facing product features across the full lifecycle, partnering with design and engineering from architecture through launch. Solve complex frontend and backend challenges, improve application performance and scalability, refine user experiences, and help shape product direction. The role requires strong expertise in either frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript or backend systems design, APIs, and database optimization, along with strong product intuition and customer focus.

Build and scale Mintlify’s backend systems, APIs, content pipelines, and AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing services for the editor, dashboard, and documentation sites; ingesting, validating, transforming, and publishing customer content; developing search, retrieval, and agent capabilities; and improving caching, queues, databases, performance, reliability, and observability. The role also contributes to product direction, technical decisions, customer insights, and end-to-end feature delivery.

Lead end-to-end brand design projects and collaborate with design and marketing leadership to create developer-focused visuals, maintain brand guidelines, and produce high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Paper, Replit or similar tools.

Build and scale Mintlify's backend systems: design and ship APIs, content ingestion and publishing pipelines, and AI search/retrieval infrastructure. Improve performance, reliability, caching, queues, databases, and observability while collaborating across design and engineering and influencing product direction.
