Own the architecture and operation of Mintlify’s platform infrastructure, services, and developer tooling. Lead initiatives that improve deployment velocity, scalability, reliability, observability, and incident response. Responsibilities include designing services for the editor, dashboard, and documentation sites; ingesting, validating, transforming, and publishing customer content; developing search, retrieval, and agent capabilities; and improving caching, queues, databases, performance, reliability, and observability. The role also contributes to product direction, technical decisions, customer insights, and end-to-end feature delivery.

Own full-lifecycle recruiting for key company roles, from sourcing and outreach through candidate closing. Partner with founders and hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, hiring rubrics, and evaluation questions. Build passive-talent pipelines, use recruiting metrics and experimentation to improve hiring speed, maintain candidate experience, and support recruiting strategy and operations as Mintlify scales.

Lead Mintlify's People function, building people infrastructure, compliance, compensation philosophy, and performance strategy. Partner with founders on org design and workforce planning, improve listening and people-health reporting, own retention and engagement, develop managers, and advise on sensitive employee matters while leading the People team and strategy.

Lead end-to-end brand design projects and collaborate with design and marketing leadership to create developer-focused visuals, maintain brand guidelines, and produce high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Paper, Replit or similar tools.

Own and grow a technical developer audience through written and live content, run growth campaigns with pipeline accountability, create developer-native technical content, organize events and meetups, gather feedback for Product/Engineering, and track engagement metrics to optimize reach and conversions.

Design, build, and ship customer-facing AI experiences and reliable agent systems. Own full-stack production systems, evaluate and improve agent performance, create evals and data pipelines, and move prototypes into production while working directly with customers and mentoring engineers.

Build and scale Mintlify's backend systems: design and ship APIs, content ingestion and publishing pipelines, and AI search/retrieval infrastructure. Improve performance, reliability, caching, queues, databases, and observability while collaborating across design and engineering and influencing product direction.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage high-value accounts, fostering relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through strategic initiatives and data-driven processes.

Own mid-market outbound and inbound sales motions: identify and qualify prospects, execute GTM strategies, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs to expand revenue from SMB to enterprise.

As a Product Engineer, you'll build user-facing features, collaborate on product direction, solve technical challenges, and improve UX and performance.
