The role involves supporting the sales team by creating custom technical solutions, prototypes, and demos for enterprise customers. You will partner with sales and engineering to translate requirements into feasible solutions and help close deals.

Create repeatable marketing systems and content for social channels, support field and product marketing, write targeted developer-focused content, design campaigns to reach customers, and track/optimize metrics like pipeline influenced, meetings booked, signups, and cost per meeting.

Act as technical owner for large enterprise customers, ship backend production code, design self-hosted/VPC/SSO deployments, build integrations, debug full-stack production issues, and productize deployment patterns while feeding insights back to the core product.
