Own the architecture and operation of Mintlify’s platform infrastructure, services, and developer tooling. Lead initiatives that improve deployment velocity, scalability, reliability, observability, and incident response. Re-architect backend systems, support multi-cloud and customer-managed environments, and build AI-focused developer tools. Establish technical standards, review designs, mentor engineers, and guide infrastructure projects from conception through production.

Build and lead production AI products, including agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, evaluation systems, and customer-facing interfaces. Own projects from experimentation through scalable production, optimizing architecture, latency, cost, observability, reliability, and user experience. Shape technical and product direction, analyze agent failures, improve models and workflows, collaborate directly with customers, and mentor engineers across full-stack development.

Build polished, customer-facing product features across the full lifecycle, partnering with design and engineering from architecture through launch. Solve complex frontend and backend challenges, improve application performance and scalability, refine user experiences, and help shape product direction. The role requires strong expertise in either frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript or backend systems design, APIs, and database optimization, along with strong product intuition and customer focus.
